To achieve target profitability with maximum efficiency, while working with strict commitment to continuous improvement and development of our ISO 9001 Quality Management standard for effective and efficient project-based management of services and projects from designing stage to configuration in accordance with industrial standards as demanded by our customers in the fields of Roof-Wall Panels & Cold Store Panels.

To ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by introducing an effective communication network and customer-oriented management of all stages of our marketing and sales organization and after-sales services in the fields of Roof-Wall Panels & Cold Store Panels

  • Market Management :

To develop new projects and works in our field of activity for increasing our domestic and international market share, and entering new markets

  • Profit Management :

Effective and efficient management of our financial resources, allocating resources for investment, making logical and profitable investments

  • Systems Management :

To establish and govern management systems that will enable obtaining successful results in aimed corporate indications with systematic applications based on a preventive approach for meeting needs of our stakeholders in a complete, quick and economic manner. To reach successful performance by ensuring harmonious management of resources, processes and strategies with organizations directed under effective leadership concept

To establish relations with our goods and service suppliers based on trust, information sharing and integration producing mutual benefits, improve our abilities to create values, obtain competitive advantage with permanent relations, creating synergy in terms of costs and resources.

  • Human Resources Management :

To establish, ensure continuous improvement and development of a Human Resources System that transforms our targets and strategies into team targets and that is based on the performance shown by employees in reaching their targets. To ensure continuous monitoring of and take measures for improving our employees’ safety and health at work in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Law No. 6331 and applicable regulations. 

  • Environmental Management :

To improve harmony with national and/or international laws, regulations and legislations by fulfilling requirements of Environmental Law No. 2872, ensure continuous improvement with planned measurement and monitoring, reducing harms to the environment and humans.
